APAC Webinar - Tourism Impacts of Coronavirus on Asia Pacific

Friday 27th March | 11:00am SGT (2:00pm AEDT)

Please join us for an Oxford Economics webinar presentation with Tom Rogers, Head of Macroeconomic Consulting, Asia, as he provides key insights and answers your questions on the topic.

As Coronavirus has spread worldwide, a growing number of countries have imposed major restrictions on travel. These measures to combat contagion are causing a serious disruption to economic and travel activity. Large falls in travel are now expected for all destinations worldwide, and notably within Asia Pacific. There remains significant uncertainty in the duration of the restrictions and hence the magnitude of the declines and subsequent path to recovery. Tourism Economics’ latest forecasts and scenarios for growth in coming years will be discussed with a focus on Asia Pacific.

We will be holding this presentation on Friday, 27th March 2020, at 11:00am SGT (2:00pm AEDT). Fill out the form on the right-hand side of this page to attend. We will forward you the connection details to the email address provided upon registration. The slides and a link to a video recording will be sent to you 24 hours after the completion of the presentation.
